Varying Knowledge Levels: The project must address different levels of shochu knowledge among the target audiences, including overseas business invitees and inbound tourists.
Engagement, Education & Media channels: The necessity to not only inform but also engage and educate the audience about Kagoshima's authentic shochu, thereby generating interest and encouraging trial and potential purchase through the relevant media.

Project Start
Following the customer's approval of our proposal, we initiated the project in line with the outlined phases. We also established a schedule detailing the due dates for key deliverables and arranged Milestone Review meetings with stakeholders at the conclusion of each phase. These meetings were designed to validate content, gather feedback, and review planning.
Given the presence of a firm deadline, our initial step was to clearly define the project scope—our pivotal guidepost towards achieving the objective. Subsequently, we adopted an Agile methodology, prioritizing flexibility and responsiveness, to meet the goals of each milestone within the allotted timeframe.
